Sarab K. Hassan (Baghdad)

Sarab Hassan is the owner and founder of the Al Sarab Law Office. Sarab is a member at the Iraqi Bar Association and the Kurdistan Lawyer syndicate. She has practiced corporate law in Baghdad and the Federal Region of Kurdistan for over fifteen years. In addition, she worked for years for the American Bar Association as a Baghdad-based consultant on the Iraqi constitution, judicial reform, and legal research and analysis of Iraqi law. Sarab earned a Bachelor Degree in Political Science, a Bachelor Degree in Law from Baghdad University and also achieved an LLM degree from American University / Washington College of Law. She speaks fluent English and Arabic.

Amel Hassan (Baghdad)

Amel Joined Al Sarab Law Office in Baghdad. She is a graduate of Al-Rafidain University/College of Law and is a member of the Iraqi Bar Association. She also hold a Bachelor degree in English from Al-Mustansrya University in Baghdad. Amel is the legal advisor of different companies in Baghdad.

Zahraa Qasim (Baghdad)

Zahraa Qasim is an associate at the Al Sarab Law Office in Baghdad. Zahraa graduated from Baghdad University/College of Law in Baghdad, Iraq. She is member of the Iraqi Bar Association and serves as legal advisor for various international companies. Zahraa is also a licensed registration agent.

Wattan Tawfiq Obaid (Basrah)

Wattan is an associate at Al Sarab Law Office in Basra. He graduated from the College of law in Basra/Iraq. He is member of the Iraqi bar association and serves as legal advisor for various International companies. Wattan have over 5 years’ experience as a lawyer, mainly in litigation.

Layla Hamed Majeed (Baghdad)

Layla Hamed is an associate at Al Sarab Law Office / Baghdad office. Layla has a bachelor degree in Law from Baghdad University. Layla worked as a corporate lawyer for years and she is a member at the Iraqi Bar Association; she is the legal advisor of different companies in Baghdad.
